Pricing

The profile is free. You pay 15% only on visits SeshGrid brings you, or 20% while you're in TOP. A visit SeshGrid brings you is one where the client found you on SeshGrid and booked in the app or on the site. Free: visits you enter yourself, clients from your invite link or your own profile link, and clients you already had. Visits paid with tokens never pay the fee. A membership you sell to a client SeshGrid brought you pays the fee once, on its price; the visits drawn from it never do.

Link a card and turn TOP on from the SeshGrid fee page in your dashboard. Each month's fee comes out of your token payout first and the rest is charged to the card. While card payments are not switched on, write to support instead: we turn TOP on for you and the fee comes as an invoice.

Clients on a SeshGrid plan hold tokens. If you switch tokens on in settings, a visit costs them one token for every 50 ₴ of your price, and SeshGrid pays you 75% of the price by monthly statement, by the 10th of the next month. A token client who cancels late or doesn't come pays you too: the late-cancellation fee, or the whole visit for a no-show, at the same 75%.

Yes, any time. From the next day, visits SeshGrid brings you cost 15% again; the month you leave in is billed as usual.

A client who cancels less than 24 hours before the visit owes at least 10% of the price. You can set a higher percentage in settings; the platform floor is 10. If they booked with tokens, the fee is taken in tokens and SeshGrid pays you your share; if someone else takes that time, it goes back to the client.

Each team member pays only on their own visits SeshGrid brings: 15%, or 20% for a member in TOP. The team's own clients are free. Team statistics and payroll are included: invite your team from My team in your dashboard.

Each paid month adds your plan's tokens. A service costs one token for every 50 ₴ of the professional's price, rounded up: a 500 ₴ massage is 10 tokens. You see the cost on every service before you book.

Any time, from settings. The month you paid for runs to its end, and its tokens keep working for 90 days after it.

Unused tokens carry into the next month, up to one month's worth, and we tell you 5 days before any would lapse. When a plan ends, its tokens stay usable for 90 days; rejoin within that time and they carry into the new plan.

Cancelling less than 24 hours before a visit costs 10% of its price, or more if the professional has set more. Booked with tokens, it is taken in tokens and comes back if someone else books that time. A visit you miss without cancelling uses all its tokens. The exact amount is shown before you confirm a cancellation.
