Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from your list of bookings. Cancelling 24 hours or more before the visit costs nothing. Cancelling later than that costs 10% of the visit’s price, or more if the professional has set a higher rate — the exact amount is shown before you confirm the cancellation.
How do I pay?
Where a price is shown in tokens, you pay with your SeshGrid tokens: they are taken once the visit is completed. If you would rather pay the professional at the visit, in cash or by card where they accept it, choose that when you book; where a price is shown in money, that is how you pay.
